About the Client:

The Missionary Servants of Jesus the Savior Institute is a Clerical Religious Institute of Diocesan Rights, which congregates clergy and brothers in the mission (Canon 588.2). It is spiritually bound to the Institute of the Servants of Jesus the Savior. However, each institute has complete autonomy in their segment.

The Institute prepares young men to become priests and brothers who, under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, desire to live a life of charismatic spirituality, meaning, living in openness and willingness to accept and put into action the gifts and charisms that God deigns to grant. Therefore, they have the mission of leading people to be well-disposed to the Praise of God, driven by the grace of Baptism in the Holy Spirit; in other words, living fully in the grace received in the sacraments. This outpouring manifests in the fruits of holiness and grace to build the Church, becoming, then, a baptized missionary-evangelist.

The spirituality of this religious family is plainly prayerful and apostolic. Born of the Holy Spirit poured into the heart of every brother and his filial adoption by God. It is developed by the gift of God in every religious person and its religious gifts to his brothers. So consecration, prayer life, community life and apostolic life of the Institute are fully harmonized.

Case:

To maintain religious formation, the Institute depends on the donations from the community in the form of sponsorship of the future religious person.

Initially, Cálix has developed a full web system for the sponsor's management and the donations. Monthly, this system generates bank slips with a specific value for each sponsor, concomitant with the generation of mailing labels integrated with the post office’s system.

Currently, a new system is being developed to manage the relationship with sponsors (SRM - Sponsor Relationship Management), which also combines all features and data from the old system. This SRM's purpose is to provide a better management of contact actions and the relationship between the Institute and the sponsors, both to update the information and to accomplish the targeted dissemination of actions and missions of the Institute.
