The Political Reform Platform is a group of organizations / networks / forums and movements who gathered for the purpose of struggling for reform of the political system by popular initiative, based on strategies like public discussions and mobilizing society to debate and focus on the debate in the National Congress, even to dispute the concept of what is meant by political reform, such as when Congress in 2007, caused the creation of the Parliamentary Front for Political Reform with Popular Participation. This front has been innovative in their coordination of not only parliamentarians, but also civil society organizations.
